System Integrations ยท Odoo

Odoo runs the business. Your store should keep up with it.

We connect Odoo to custom online stores, eBay and B2B trade portals, so products, stock, pricing and orders stay in step.

Migration

Changing ERP to Odoo

Moving from MYOB Exo or another system? We reconnect your store to Odoo so it keeps trading.

Patrolapart case study →
Real example

Changed ERP. Kept the store.

We built Patrolapart's webstore and eBay integration around MYOB Exo. When the business moved to Odoo, the platform didn't get thrown out. We built the Odoo connection instead.

Today Odoo runs the lot: products, images, stock, every price level and customer accounts flow out to the website, and website and eBay orders come back in with delivery, tracking and payment details. Updates run every 30 minutes, with a full refresh daily.

Is this right for you?

How a project comes together

Most integration projects run 8 to 16 weeks from sign-off to go-live. Projects start from $12,000.

Step 1

Scoping call

We look at your systems, your data and how orders move today. Straight questions, honest answers.

Step 2

Fixed scope and timeline

A written scope: what connects, how often, how failures are handled, and the go-live date.

Step 3

Build and test

Built against a copy of your data and tested with real orders before anything touches your live site.

Step 4

Go live and support

Switched on, watched closely, and looked after as your systems and business change.

Questions people actually ask

Does Odoo have its own ecommerce?

Yes. Odoo's Website and eCommerce apps run a store directly inside Odoo. A custom integration makes sense when you sell through a separate store, eBay or a trade portal, or when you're keeping an existing store after moving to Odoo.

Can you connect Odoo to an existing store?

Yes. That's exactly what we did for Patrolapart when they moved from MYOB Exo to Odoo. The store and eBay setup stayed, and we built the connection to Odoo.

How often does it sync?

It depends on what the business needs. For Patrolapart, product and customer updates run every 30 minutes, with a full refresh every day.

Do you implement Odoo itself?

No. Setting up and configuring Odoo is a job for an Odoo implementation partner. We build the connection between Odoo and your online store, eBay and trade portal.

How long does an Odoo integration take, and what does it cost?

Most integration projects run 8 to 16 weeks from sign-off to go-live. Projects start from $12,000, with a fixed scope after the scoping call.
